Officer Rex Schweighofer
Rex was born and raised in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Paul Smith’s College in New York with a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences. Rex started his career in law enforcement in 2019 at Old Orchard Beach Police Department. He graduated from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in December of 2021 and has worked for the Jay Police Department, Wilton Police Department, Dixfield Police Department, and Fryeburg Police Department. Rex started with the Farmington Police Department in April of 2023 and is trained to be a Field Training Officer, Armorer, and CQB instructor.
