Sergeant Harold Adams
sergeant harold adams 1977 - 1996
Harold began his career at Farmington Police Department in 1977 and in 1986 suffered a major back injury in the line of duty. He did not let that effect his career and the next year, 1987, was promoted to Sergeant. In 1989 he became a firearm instructor. Harold was trained in developing film for the department. The year that Wilton Academy burned, Harold spent as many as 18 hours in the developing pictures from by-standers. Harold filled in as the interim chief in 1993 until the new chief was hired the same year. Harold retired from the Farmington Police Department in 1996.
