Secretary Maryanne Kittredge

Maryanne began as a Police Clerk in 1975.  Her hours were 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. to provide coverage for the Police Department at night. Her duties included answering the phone, operating a two-way radio, running teletypes, typing the officer’s reports, record keeping and other clerical tasks.  Over the years her duties would continue to increase and with the use of new technology, it was Maryanne who would begin record keeping via computer. Maryanne’s duties would increase in amount with the increase of officers on the department. For 19 years, Maryanne served the Farmington Police Department and assisted the officers who were grateful for her support.
