Sergeant arthur vanderhoff 1951 - 1974
Arthur started out as a constable serving the Village Corporation Police in 1951. In 1953 his salary was increased, and he was given help in collecting and counting meter money. When the Farmington Police Department was formed in 1967, he became an officer, granted three weeks’ vacation instead of two weeks due to his years of service.
